AAA Classes

In 2022, Johnson County's Area Agency on Aging (AAA) began offering virtual educational classes for older adults to combat social isolation. AAA is partnering with several local agencies to bring a variety of virtual educational programming to older adults.
Cooking Classes
The Area Agency on Aging partnered with Johnson County's K-State Extension Office to host virtual cooking classes.

Art Classes
The Area Agency on Aging partnered with Johnson County Park & Recreation to offer a series of water color classes for older adults. There are four videos for this series.
Virtual Bird-Watching Class
The Area Agency on Aging partnered with Johnson County's K-State Extension Office to host a virtual bird-watching class.
On April 13, 2023, Master Naturalist Beth Welsh led a virtual class on Common Backyard Songbirds.
