District Court Trustee

The Johnson County District Court Trustee's office is responsible for enforcement of Johnson County support orders as well as any other court orders referred to us by another court. The office is fully computerized, allowing us the ability to monitor over 9,000 active support cases.

Additionally, the automated system prepares delinquent notices, generates case histories, and develops financial reports and statistics. The Trustee is empowered to pursue all civil remedies in enforcing the payment of support.

Mission Statement: The Office of the District Court Trustee is dedicated to enriching the financial lives of the children and families we serve by providing information resources, reliable payment records and fair enforcement of family support orders.
