Housing Services

Housing Services is a division of the Planning, Housing and Community Development Department and includes the Johnson County Housing Authority, which administers the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program across Johnson County – excluding the City of Olathe. Housing Services also manages two home rehabilitation programs for income-eligible homeowners through federally funded CDBG and HOME grants. Additionally, the HOME-funded Housing Development Loan program supports the development of affordable housing.
