Board of Zoning Appeals
Assists in reviewing cases of individuals requesting variances from zoning regulations. After hearing each case, the zoning appeals board submits recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners, who are responsible for making the final judgement on each request.
Meeting Location: County Administration Building (111 S Cherry St, Olathe, KS), Third Floor, Board Hearing Room
Meeting Time: The Board of Zoning Appeals only meets as needed. If a meeting is scheduled, it would be the second Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting information will be posted below.
