HOME-ARP
Johnson County received a one-time allocation of $3,983,076 of additional HOME Investment Partnerships Program grant funds through the American Rescue Plan. Called HOME-ARP, the funds were awarded to provide housing and supportive services to Qualifying Populations (QPs), as defined in the HOME-ARP regulations found in HUD Notice CPD-21-10. These funds are distributed to state and local Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) through the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) existing HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program allocation formula.
