Your insurance benefits start on the first day of the calendar month after your start date or the day you become eligible for benefits.

  • Full-time employees: Regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours a week
  • Part-time partial plus employees: Regularly scheduled to work 30-39 hours a week
  • Part-time partial employees: Regularly scheduled to work 20-29 hours a week
