Walk-in clinic open two times a week

Residents in the northern part of Johnson Count are now able to get immunizations and other services at the Department of Health and Environment’s Mission walk-in clinic twice a week.

The clinic, located at 6000 Lamar Ave., Mission, is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to noon and 12:30-4 p.m. WIC (Women, Infants and Children) offices in Mission continue to be open Monday-Friday.

All walk-in services, including tuberculosis testing, will continue to be available at the Olathe walk-in clinic located at 11875 S. Sunset Drive.

The Mission walk-in clinic will be closed March 21-22 for staff training on a new electronic medical records system which will provide a more seamless and efficient service for clients.
