At Johnson County Government, we call our efforts to create a workplace inclusive of everyone,“VIBE”.
VIBE stands for voices of inclusion, belonging, and equity. VIBE is also meant to embody the definition of the word “vibe”, meaning the atmosphere of a place as communicated to and felt by others.
