The Appraiser's Office Data File is an SQL file of all our property record data that fulfills the Kansas Open Records Act (KORA) requirement, excluding ownership. You will be able to query (or have a professional service query) any information you want from this data file. Included with the SQL file is a spreadsheet of property data codes and their descriptions, and a spreadsheet with all county properties and their appraised values. This SQL file is updated twice a year in February and June. The spreadsheet listing all the appraised and assessed values in the county is available to purchase separately from the data file.

Membership to the Computerized Appraisal Research Data System, CARDS 

Who is eligible under Kansas Statute 79-1437f:

Licensed or certified appraisers and financial institutions for appraisal of property and preparation of appraisal reports and conducting appraisals required by federal and state regulators. Users will be able to view appraisal data, sales questionnaires and property characteristic online.
