Individuals wishing to make a donation to Catch-a-Ride, CHAMPSS, Neighborhood Nutrition Centers or Home Delivered Meals can donate online. Mail-in donations are also an option. 

Catch-a-Ride is a social service program that provides volunteer transportation to adults 60+, people with a disability, and others 18+ who are not able to drive and do not have access to other means of transportation. 

CHAMPSS (Choosing Healthy Appetizing Meal Plan Solutions for Seniors) is a creative dining option offered by the Area Agency on Aging for older adults 60+ and their spouses seven days a week from 8 a.m.–7 p.m. at several participating Hy-Vee and IHOP locations in Johnson County. 

Home-Delivered Meals provides hot nutritious meals to homebound older adults 60+ and their spouses Monday - Friday. 

Neighborhood Nutrition Centers provide a hot nutritious meal at seven neighborhood centers in Johnson County. A hot lunch is available for anyone 60+ and their spouse Monday - Friday.
