Archives and Records Management

​​​​​​​The Johnson County Archives and Records Management Program was established in 1990 under a grant from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.

Purchasing for the County

The Purchasing Division is responsible for the acquisition of all goods and services made by or on behalf of the county, its agencies, departments, officials, and authorized agents in accordance with county purchasing policies and procedures.

Accounting and Reports

Accounting staff are responsible for analyzing, recording, and reporting the financial transactions of the County.

Risk Management

Risk Management and Safety is a Division of Financial Management and Administration. It is responsible for managing the county-wide property and casualty insurance and self-funded program, managing the property and liability losses that result from operations, managing the self-funded workers' compensation program, developing safety programs, conducting safety audits, conducting loss control and property conservation inspections, conducting risk management and safety training.

Employee Benefits

The Benefits Division of Financial Management & Administration is responsible for managing the benefit programs for Johnson County employees.
