Sign-On Bonus

Welcome to JCW! We know you had many options when choosing the best place to build your career, and we’re thrilled you’ve chosen us. As a thank you, we have a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new employees in many frontline positions.

Details: New employees will receive $500 after successful completion of their six-month introductory period. The employee will receive an additional $500 after successful completion of their one year of employment. Eligible positions:

  • Line Cleaning/Inspection Trainee
  • Line Cleaning/Inspection Crew Member I, II and III
  • Line Repair Trainee
  • Line Repair Crew Member I, II and III
  • Treatment Crew Member I, II and III

Referral Bonus

Our staff are our best recruiters because they know firsthand the fantastic benefits of working for JCW. Once employed with JCW, you can earn a $500 referral bonus if a person you refer joins our team. If you’re applying for a position thanks to an employee referral, don’t forget to put their name on your application!

Details: All current employees can receive referral incentives when a candidate they refer is hired into any Wastewater position. Staff are eligible to receive a bonus up to $500 when the new hire has successfully completed their New Employee Orientation, which includes two required training courses.

To receive the incentive, candidates must list the name of the referring employee on the initial application.
