Update: The issues have been resolved, and operations have resumed as normal.

Johnson County’s Motor Vehicle system managed by the Kansas Department of Revenue is experiencing state-wide issues resulting in our inability to process transactions.

This issue began around 8:30 a.m. this morning.  At 9 a.m., we deactivated the online office queues, but we’re continuing to serve walk-in customers at this time. We can assist them in completing drop-off service applications, which will be processed when the system becomes operational again.
