Application Workshop for 2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Announced
March 20, 2020



An Application Workshop for 2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds is scheduled at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2020 in Room 1070/75 at the Sunset Drive Office Building, 11811 South Sunset Drive, Olathe.

Please note that eligible applicants for CDBG funding are cities in Johnson County, county departments, nonprofit organizations with an IRS 501(c)(3) tax exemption letter, and faith-based organizations.

In addition to responding to applicants’ questions, there will be a brief overview of the CDBG program and the application. Completed applications for 2021 CDBG funding will be due by noon on May 21, 2020.

Should the application workshop be cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns, a notice will be sent out, the website will be udpated, training slides will be posted to our website, and questions will be answered via email.
