Northeast Offices

The Johnson County Northeast Office was built in 1972 to provide services to the citizens in the northeast part of the County. The Department of Motor Vehicles has one of its two offices at this site, as well as the Department of Health and Environment and the Mental Health Department, both of which operate clinics from here. 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., except major holidays

Mission Walk-in Health Clinic

The Johnson County Department of Health and Environment is not a primary care provider. If you need medical treatment, please call your health care provider or a local health clinic. The Mission walk-in clinic is closed the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.

Walk-in Immunization Clinic (Closed 12-12:30 p.m. for lunch):

  • Monday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Friday: CLOSED

Travel immunization hours are Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Walk-in Health Services: STD Testing and Treatment, Family Planning and Contraception Services (Closed 12-12:30 p.m. for lunch):

  • Monday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Friday: CLOSED

Tuberculosis Testing

During high volume times, we may need to temporarily suspend our walk-in services.
