KLS maintains Elder Rights Project
The Elder Rights Project, a statewide program conducted by Kansas Legal Services, continues to help aging adults who are 60 years of age or older and who are victims of crime, be it by a caregiver, a relative, a scammer, a landlord, etc.
Programs offer property tax relief
Kansas Legal Services wants to make you aware of the recent establishment of the Kansas Homeowner Assistance Fund for low-income Kansas (seniors and non-seniors) that may be able to provide real property tax relief.
