Considering applying for CDBG funds? An application workshop for 2024 Community Development Block Grant funds is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, April 13, 2023 at at 1:30 p.m.

You can attend in person in Lower Level Conference Room 201 at the Johnson County Administration Building, 111 S. Cherry St., Olathe, KS 66061 as well as via Zoom (Zoom procedures will be posted a week prior to the workshop).

Please note that eligible applicants for CDBG funding are cities in Johnson County, county departments, nonprofit organizations with an IRS 501(c)(3) tax exemption letter, and faith-based organizations.

In addition to responding to applicants’ questions, there will be a brief overview of the CDBG program and the application. Completed applications for 2024 CDBG funding will be due by noon on May 26, 2023. We strongly encourage all potential applicants to attend.
