Aging and Human Services hosting Aging Learning Series in May

Johnson County's Aging and Human Services is hosting an Aging Learning Series during the month of May to celebrate Older Americans Month.

During this series, we are encouraging participants ages 60 and up to attend and learn new ways to add creativity to their lives. There are four different events:

Creative Writing

  • Date: Friday, May 5

Nature & Outdoors

  • Date: Thursday, May 11
  • Time: 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Location: Arts & Heritage Center (8788 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS)

Arts and Crafts

  • Date: Thursday, May 18
  • Time: 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Location: Sunset Drive Office Building (11811 S. Sunset Drive, Olathe, KS)
  • Room: 1070/1075

Culinary Arts

  • Date: Thursday, May 18
  • Time: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  • Location: Sunset Drive Office Building (11811 S. Sunset Drive, Olathe, KS)
