Aging and Human Services offering informational session for older adults and families through end-of-life moments

Younger hands holding older hands

Many older adults are facing a difficult reality: how they want to approach the end of their lives. For aging residents and their loved ones, it can be a challenging topic to discuss, but it's also an important one.

Johnson County Aging and Human Services is offering an information session, The Next Effort in End-of-Life Support. Presented by Death Doula Ashley Boydston, this session will focus on supporting and educating older adults and their families during their end-of-life stages.

The session will take place Tuesday, April 23 from 1:30-3 p.m. at the Sunset Drive Office Building, 11811 S. Sunset Drive in Olathe, KS, Room 1070/1075.

If you're an older adult or family member interested in attending, you can attend in person or virtually. Limited seating is available. Please RSVP by contacting Jill Zink at jill.zink@jocogov.org or 913-715-8860.
