Recognition Program

Criteria for Recognition:

Team members will be nominated through surveys, the suggestion box, families, residents and peers. The individuals recognized each  month will be selected based on how they positively impact resident lives, specific mentionable actions or exceptional above and beyond activities performed.

Hero of the Month:

Hero of the Month may be any team member that has been with Evergreen for over 90 days and displayed consistent dedication to the community and residents, positively impacted resident lives through specific mentionable actions and exceptional above and beyond activities performed.

Recognition:

The Hero of the Month will be recognized on Evergreen Social Media, have their photo displayed in the Evergreen lobby, receive a t-shirt recognizing them as the Hero of the Month, receive $50 gift card or check, a reserved parking spot with the Evergreen Hero sign, and a meal of their choice specially prepared by the Evergreen Chefs or from a selection of restaurants.
