Typically, a backup of any drain not located on the lowest level of your home is due to an internal clog and a plumber can help with that. If a backup is occurring in your main drain or multiple fixtures in your home are backing up at the same time you may have a sewer backup. A plumber can diagnose the problem or you can call JCW at 913-715-8600 24/7 for help solving the problem. During heavy rain events, calls will be responded to in the order in which they are received.
