The public and pool operators are invited to review the Johnson County Aquatic Health Code (Draft 2) and provide feedback in person at a public meeting on May 9, 2024 from 3:30-5 p.m. at the Sunset Drive Building, Room 1055, 11811 S. Sunset Drive, Olathe, Kansas 66061. Staff will go over the changes from Aquatic Health Code (Draft 1) and answer any questions from attendees. Feedback can also be sent to jcdhe@jocogov.org through May 31.

The purpose of updating the code is to ensure public health through safe, evidence-based practice in the management of public and semi-public swimming pools and spas and public beaches.
