RideKC Bus’ 510 K-10 Connector resuming regular service on Aug. 26

For those who commute between Johnson County and Lawrence, Kansas, RideKC Bus’ 510 K-10 Connector, will resume regular service on Monday, Aug. 26, 2024.

During regular service, the route will operate every 30 minutes during peak hours and every hour during middays. The 510 K-10 Connector serves the University of Kansas via Central Station, KU Edwards Campus and Johnson County Community College. Central Station is the only stop in Lawrence for the 510 K-10 Connector.

There will not be 510 K-10 Connector service on Monday, Sept. 2, 2024, in observance of Labor Day.  The 510 K-10 Connector will operate break service for Thanksgiving from Nov. 27 through Nov. 29, 2024, without service on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024.

The last day for 510 K-10 Connector regular service is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 20, 2024.  The 510 K-10 Connector will operate break service from Dec. 23, 2024 through Jan. 20, 2025, without service on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, in observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day respectively.

Break service is specified on the 510 K-10 Connector schedule and includes the summer term, school breaks, and holidays. The first day of the Spring semester is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025.
