Update: The issues have been resolved, and operations have resumed as normal.

Johnson County’s Motor Vehicle system, managed by the Kansas Department of Revenue, is experiencing state-wide issues. This is resulting in the inability to process some transactions.

At 9 a.m., we deactivated the online office queues. We are continuing to serve customers already in the queues as well as walk-in customers.

Staff are assisting customers in completing drop-off service applications, which will be processed when the system becomes fully operational again.
