Emerging Artists and Papercrete Works

You can find handmade art from local artists through Johnson County Developmental Supports’ Emerging Artists and Papercrete Works programs. Art through the programs is crafted by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Artwork sales go directly to the artists.

Both programs also do custom commissioned work. For example, do you need a painting of your dog on 4'x4' canvas? They can do that for you. Do you want a custom tiled garden sphere with red and gold mosaic tiles? They can do that too.

JCPRD Park Poster Collection

Another option for handcrafted art is Johnson County Park and Recreation District’s Park Poster Collection.
