Changes taking effect to Johnson County Wastewater's annual pay option

Wastewater Logo

Starting in 2025, the annual pay option for Johnson County Wastewater customers will no longer be offered on the first wastewater invoice of the year.

When you receive your wastewater bill, if you choose to pay in advance, you are still welcome to do so. After making your payment, you will see the credit applied to your subsequent bills.

If you do not wish to receive a paper bill, please sign up for paperless billing in Johnson County Wastewater's new online payment portal.

Get started with the online payment portal

The new online payment portal makes it easier than ever to manage your wastewater account.

All customers who wish to utilize the online payment portal will have to register for an account. If you do not wish to register for the new portal, you can still view and pay wastewater bills without registering.

To utilize the portal, you will need your customer number, which can be found in the top right of your wastewater bill.

Going paperless

Once you’re signed into the portal, select the option “paperless billing” to view your invoices. You also have the option to receive a text message that lets you know your invoice is ready for viewing after billing.
