Beat the school exclusion deadline! Get caught up on school-required and recommended vaccinations, including flu shots, for the 2026-2027 school year. This one-day walk-in clinic is for 7th and 11th grade students only. Immunizations are also available during regular clinic hours.

A parent must accompany the student to the clinic. No appointment is needed. Sports physicals will be available until 2 p.m.

Students in the 11th grade must be 16 years or older to receive the second (booster) dose of the meningococcal ACWY (meningitis) vaccine.

What to bring:

• Signed consent form: Immunization Consent Form or Formulario de Consentimiento Para las Vacunas
• Letter from the school (if you have one)
• Student vaccination record (if you have one)
• Insurance card (if you have one)

No one will be turned away for inability to pay. Translation services will be available. Sign up to receive email reminders for this clinic. You will receive a reminder email one week before and three days before the clinic.
