Beat the school exclusion deadline! Get caught up on required and recommended vaccinations for the 2025-2026 school year. This one-day walk-in clinic is for 7th and 11th grade students only. Immunizations are also available during regular clinic hours.

The clinic will provide Tdap, hepatitis A, meningitis and HPV vaccines. Parents can save time by completing the online consent form before the clinic. A parent must accompany the student to the clinic. No appointment is needed. 

Students in the 11th grade must be 16 years or older to receive the second (booster) dose of the meningococcal ACWY (meningitis) vaccine.

What to bring:

• Signed consent form (if not completed online): Immunization Consent Form or Formulario de Consentimiento Para las Vacunas
• Letter from the school indicating which vaccines are needed
• Student vaccination record
• Insurance card (if you have one)
