The purpose of the Board of Code Review is to advise the Board of County Commissioners and the Building Code Official regarding the provisions of the various codes, standards and other publications adopted by, or proposed to be adopted by, the county. The Board of Code Review also hears and determines any request for review and reconsideration of any Building Code Official decision that is discretionary in nature or involves an interpretation of any code, standard or other code requirement.
