Kill Creek Park is the third and newest regional park in the district’s system. Opened in 2001, the park is easily accessible, and yet secluded. The park is located in western Johnson County between De Soto and Olathe.

Kill Creek Park Entrance
The Kill Creek entrance is located near 116th and Homestead Lane. To get to the park, get off of Kansas Highway 10 at the Kill Creek exit and proceed south to West 115th Street. Turn right and go to Homestead Lane. Take a left onto Homestead and the park entrance is on the right near the crest of the first hill.
