Surplus Property
GovDeals is utilized by the County to sell unwanted surplus items to the general public. To bid on sale items for personal use, an account with GovDeals must be set up. GovDeals and County sale terms and conditions apply, which can be viewed when selecting an item to bid on and will provide details regarding inspection appointments, accepted payment methods, timely pickup of winning bids, no warranty or returns, and loading/transportation responsibility.
Types of Surplus:
- Office furniture + accessories
- Appliances and commercial kitchen items
- Equipment including tools, exercise machines, HVAC, Lighting, etc.
- Building supplies
Vehicle Surplus
Vehicles and/or vehicle attachments approved for sale will be assigned to an auction on Purple Wave, the County's authorized service for liquidating vehicle surplus. To bid on vehicles for personal use, register for a Purple Wave account and abide by all Purple Wave and County sale terms and conditions, which can be viewed with each listing and provide details regarding inspection appointments, accepted payment methods, timely pickup of winning bids, no warranty or returns, and loading/transportation responsibility.
