Johnson County is experiencing a phone outage today that is impacting some of our offices, however, emergency calls to 911 are not affected.  We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but do not have an ETA at this time. We will provide an update when the issue has been resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our residents.

Transfer & Refund Policy

If you will be transferring, please ask for a transfer ticket when you board. This will allow you to transfer between routes or the Metro system. Transfers are valid for two hours. Transfers are not valid for round trips. Monthly passes are also good for a ride on the Metro system.
