How CQL accreditation impacts service delivery

In September, we were re-accredited by the Council on Quality and Leadership. After an assessment, which included meeting with staff and people in service, we received a three-year accreditation. We are incredibly proud of the results of our assessment and look forward to working with CQL to continuously improve the services we provide.

Update: COVID-19 Exposure Notification Protocol Change

Communitywide infection rates have slightly decreased but remain very high. In line with other provider organizations and the health department, JCDS is discontinuing the practice of identifying and making external notifications to people who may have potentially been exposed.
