Land Records, a division of Treasury, Taxation, and Vehicles (TTV), combines the duties of the Register of Deeds, and County Clerk.
The Land Records division records and indexes all land record documents; and creates, maintains and calculates the annual tax roll.
Land Records also provides parcel level mapping and updates the automated mapping system.
Beginning June 15, the County Clerk and Register of Deeds Offices will be temporarily relocated to the Treasurer’s Office, Suite 1500 in the County Administration Building. Deeds and other documents to be recorded will be processed at the front counter in the Treasurer’s Office. There will be one public terminal available in the lobby of Suite 1500 for research purposes. The public terminal is available by appointment only.
