Access to Care
Johnson County Mental Health Center's same-day, walk-in services, which we call Access to Care, are a starting point for anyone in Johnson County needing mental health support. You will meet with a member of our staff, a mental health professional, who will listen to you and ask questions to better understand the support you need. They will help you determine the best next steps for care, whether that is a referral to community providers and resources or additional services through Johnson County Mental Health Center.
There is no cost for visiting Access to Care. If additional services through JCMHC are recommended, the cost of care will be discussed. A sliding fee scale is available for those without insurance.
