Planning a community event, health fair or educational opportunity? JCDHE may be able to participate or provide resources.

How We Can Help

Depending on your event, audience and staff availability, JCDHE may provide:

• Educational presentations on public health and environmental health topics
• JCDHE staff or subject-matter experts for community events and educational programs
• Information tables or booths at health fairs, resource fairs and community events
• Educational materials and resources
• Information about JCDHE programs and services
• Connections to health and community resources

Request JCDHE Participation

Complete our Community Outreach Request Form to tell us about your event and how JCDHE can support it.

Requests are reviewed based on the event's needs, staff and resource availability, and alignment with JCDHE programs and services. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, submitting a form does not guarantee JCDHE participation.

Please submit your request as early as possible. Requests received fewer than 45 days before an event may not be able to be accommodated.
