Update: Schematic design is underway. The call for artists for public artwork is in the shortlisted phase. The RFP process has been completed for selection of the Construction Manager and Titan Built, LLC was selected and has been contracted for pre-construction services. Recent escalations in construction costs and material availability are being monitored closely and may impact project budget and schedules. Substantial completion is anticipated in Q3 2023.
