The 2025 State of the County event, featuring an address by Mike Kelly, Chairman of the Johnson County Board of Commissioners, will take place from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, at the Overland Park Convention Center, 6000 College Blvd.

The public event, which is being co-sponsored by the Johnson County Public Policy Council, will begin with registration starting at 3:30 p.m.

Tickets are available through local Chamber of Commerce offices.

Chairman Kelly will share a recap of the past year in Johnson County, including key successes and initiatives and share his vision moving forward.
