Baton twirling set March 5

Calling all former majorettes, baton twirlers and anyone interested in learning baton twirling!

Johnson County Park and Recreation District’s 50 Plus Program is hosting a new Silver Spinners Baton Twirling class.

This course is designed to enhance coordination, flexibility and agility, while rekindling the excitement of this vibrant sport. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, all skill levels are welcome.

The class will be taught by a former feature and competitive baton twirler, offering expert guidance to help participants refine their technique and build confidence.

This four-week sessions class starts at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, at the New Century Fieldhouse.
