Update on Phase 2 vaccine interest survey

Thanks to all who have completed the Phase 2 vaccine interest survey – more than 48,000 so far! We apologize to those who have experienced difficulty completing the survey. We have increased the server capacity to accommodate a larger number of people, so please try again over the next few days. 
 
If you did not receive a confirmation message after hitting the “Submit” button, that means the system did not record your information and you will need to complete the survey again. Please do not call our office to confirm you are on the list, simply complete the survey again. There is no rush to complete the survey as Johnson County, KS is in Phase 1 -- vaccinating health care workers. Phase 2 will begin in the next several weeks.
