Services are available to residents of Johnson County according to ability to pay. Fees are based on household income, family size, and financial obligations. No client is denied services due to an inability to pay.

Johnson County Mental Health Center does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age or disability status in employment or the provision of services.

Governance and Licensing
Johnson County Mental Health Center operates under the auspices of Johnson County Government with a governing board appointed by the County Commission. We are licensed as a Community Mental Health Center by the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services.
