Abuse
Abuse is defined as injurious, harmful or controlling behavior that forces the victim to do what the abuser wants without regard for the victim's health, physical well-being or rights.

Depression
All of us experience occasional feelings of sadness or "the blues." However, when these feelings become overwhelming and begin to interfere with a person's ability to function it becomes depression.

Grief
The grief process is the emotional response which automatically occurs when a person experiences a significant loss. This process often occurs at the time of a death, divorce, loss of a job, move, or loss of physical health.

Suicide
