The 2002 Addendum to the Information Technology Strategic Plan reviews the current status of strategic initiatives in process, recommends changes to initiatives where appropriate, and suggests new strategic initiatives that should be incorporated in the plan.
This annual review of the overall strategic technology direction and adjustment to the plan are necessary to ensure the plan addresses Johnson County’s current and future technology needs.
Throughout 2001, Information Technology Services continued to implement projects and processes that support or address current initiatives. This table provides the current status of initiatives in process.
