JCPRD sponsors fitness, health programs, and classes (suitable for all age groups) that are open to Johnson County residents and nonresidents.  The user friendly website will provide all the information you need to decide if it suits your purpose.

Actually, a good number of municipalities within the County have developed and are operating their own community centers. Following is a list of the cities operating community centers and their locations

The Johnson County Park & Recreation District (JCPRD) currently works cooperatively with several of the municipalities and provides programming at those facilities. Additionally, JCPRD’s master plan calls for monitoring the county’s future community center needs and developing additional facilities as needed, providing funding is available.
