How can I obtain a copy of a domestic child custody agreement?

The document can be obtained from the Records Division of the Johnson County District Court.  Following are requirements:

  1. Must appear in person at the Johnson County Courthouse: 100 N. Kansas, Olathe, KS  66061
  2. With written request 
  3. Cost for copies are as follows:  50¢ per page; $1 per document for certified copy
  4. Must have case number, document name, and file stamp date
