The Johnson County Government website is designed to provide information concerning County services available to them through the County Government. WaterOne is not connected to county government in any way. To quote from their website, WaterOne has no taxing authority and is not part of Johnson County Government. Their revenue is the result of water sales, and system development charges. The seven-member Board of Directors are elected, at large, for four-year terms. Go to the County website: www.jocogov.org/. On the left-hand side of the page are links under the title County Government, click on the link titled "Find My Commissioner". At the top of the page (under the headings) you will see a box titled "My Location". Type your street address in the box (do not use any punctuation); click the "GO" button, scroll down and you will see your district and District Commissioner under the heading "Elected Officials".
You will also see your state representative and state senator in the same area.

Stilwell is an unincorporated township within Johnson County which is in the state of Kansas.
